Welcome back!

I realize I haven't posted in a while.  I been a little preoccupied growing a  baby due this spring.  Speaking of which, he is a little boy.  And I think he really needs this onesie

found on etsy  here.

And speaking of etsy...my shop is empty and has been for a while. Not sure how long my self proclaimed hiatus will last. I hope not too long. I miss being creative.

My poor neglected blog!

I haven't forgotten about you.  I am just overwhelmed with dainty things and not sure what to post next!  I guess I will start with this:

I just bought this ADORABLE flower from the louandlee etsy shop found here!  I bought the clip instead of the headband because I truly cannot decide whether I want it or I will give it to the girlie.  I need fancy things for my hair too because I just did this to it...

(And to avoid any confusion, I am not Audrey Tautou.  I just have her haircut)

Buttons!!

I've mentioned here about my absolute love to buttons, especially vintage. I couldn't resist posting again about them when I saw this gorgeous painting on Inside a Black Apple Blog.

I adore her and her art and love reading her great blog too!  Click here to check out her blog and her etsy store.

Genius!

I actually saw this on the amazing Downtown Boutique Blog. I don't know how I've missed it on Etsy. This is genius! My daughter loves to help bake cookies, but some days I just don't feel like the mess (lets be honest...or the calories!) so, aebaby has solved that problem for me. Here is her Sugar Cookie Baking set. Such a great idea!!!

Cupcake

I don't know how I survived before Etsy. I look forward to my daily Etsy searches for dainty treasures. I love this felt cupcake found on Etsy
here by Cherylasmith. I looks good enough to eat!

V-day!

I wish I had more time to devote to doing embroidery.  I love this adorable embroidered Valentine from misseskwittys that you can find at my favorite place Etsy or by clicking here!

Japanese Geisha

I have had the book "Memoirs of a Geisha" forever and finally just started reading it. Of course, I cannot put it down. The imagery the author portrays in the novel has made me think of nothing but Japan and cherry blossoms and a beautiful kimono. I love to search etsy for amazing art and I found this beautiful print by annejulie on etsy and it reminded me of the novel.
